1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between all services of the tk71 platform and its users. Using the tk71 website or app means you fully accept these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using this platform.

These Terms are prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. tk71 may modify these Terms in part or in full at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.1 Scope of Services

tk71 is an online gaming and sports betting platform. It offers various gaming services including slots, live casino, cricket betting, football, and esports. All tk71 services are for adults only (aged 21 or above).

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms may be available in both Bengali and English. In case of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on tk71.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. If different members of the same household use the same device, separate identity verification may be required.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk71 may verify a user's identity when withdrawals exceed a certain amount or for security reasons. This process may require a copy of a national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. If there is any concern about unauthorised access to the account, the support team must be notified immediately. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3 Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at tk71 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000 — and before withdrawing the bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

3.2 Bonus Usage Terms

After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within a specified period. If the requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus and any winnings from it may be cancelled. The original deposit amount can always be withdrawn; the wagering requirement applies only to the bonus portion.

3.3 VIP Cashback

tk71 has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback is given at each level based on weekly net losses — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and 0.8% at Diamond. For example: a Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.

3.4 General Promotion Terms

• A promotion may be used only once, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• If any attempt is made to abuse a promotion, tk71 reserves the right to cancel the related benefit.
• tk71 may modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on tk71 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including DBBL, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla, and other major commercial banks). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account promptly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals will be made using the same method as the deposit.

4.3 Payment Rules

• Funds cannot be withdrawn directly until bets equal to the deposited amount have been placed.
• For suspicious transactions, tk71 may hold payment until additional verification is completed.
• Only payment methods owned by the account holder may be used.
• Withdrawal requests submitted with incorrect information may be cancelled.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If evidence of a chargeback or fraudulent transaction is found, tk71 will immediately close the associated account and reserves the right to forfeit the balance. Such activity may be subject to applicable legal proceedings.

5 User Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk71 platform:

• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform for unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Coordinated bonus abuse ("abusing") against tk71.

5.2 Technical Issues

If the result of any game remains undetermined due to server errors, network problems, or technical disruptions, tk71 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the bet amount. This decision will be final.

5.3 Account Sharing

Sharing your account credentials with others or placing bets on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the accounts of both parties may be closed.

6 Security and Privacy

7 Account Suspension and Closure

• Court order or government directive.

7.2 Closure Request by the User

7.3 Self-Exclusion

8 Limitation of Liability

8.2 Betting Risk
